{twilight heaven.. part two}

so, sunday we were given permission to either pack up and leave tent city, or pack up and move to a different tent city because they were setting up the red carpet where our tents were. well lucky us, we already had a hotel that night cause who wants to show-up to the red carpet anything but as glam as you can be? {actually we are pretty sure that a few of our fellow twi-hards decided that showering wasn't in the plan... gross.} so we packed up and left tent city on sunday afternoon, took a quick shower, and headed back- cause we were so afraid to miss anything.

they had already set up most of the red carpet.... i mean black. oh man, we were so excited!
we hung out for a little bit more, talked to a few peeps and went back to the hotel to get some good sleep.

5:00 am monday morning, im tossing and turning- cause i will just be honest, i was excited. all of a sudden i hear lindsay cough and i whisper "linds, are you awake?" and she said "yes, i have been for hours because i'm too excited!" and then taryn pops up and says "are you guys talking about not sleeping?" then taylor says "i'm awake too!" and right after brynne says "me too!" and then all of us start BUSTING up laughing. probably one of my favorite {and funniest} moments of the entire trip! you would think we were 5. so we attempted to sleep for a couple more hours cause all of the veteran twi-hards told us to eat alot and get good sleep cause premier day is going to be a looooong day.

we had to report back to tent city  the black carpet at 2 pm to start lining up. and since "celebs" weren't going to start showing up til 5 or 6, we were going to be standing up in a very tight crowd for many hours. we ended up on the 3rd row behind the gate ---because it was according to our wristband #'s-----. we were kind of disappointed cause that definitely meant no pictures with the stars. but we still ended up on the very corner where all of them came through- so we got some AWESOME pics of them. One thing that somehow slipped our minds was that we obviously knew we were going to see all of the cast, but there were a TON of other celeb's that were coming as well. That was fun for us (who love celebrity sightings!) and we didn't even take pics of half of them! Brynne made us laugh because she would shout all of their names and they would turn to say hi to us.. so some of the pics we got them looking straight at us!

but hello... pictures wont even do this night justice.

and let me just say.. i've seen about 2 celebrities my entire life. so whether i knew these people or not, it was cool to say that i saw them... right? (but the twi-moms that were in front of us got mad that we didn't know their real names... so forgive me for posting some of their character names.) and one other thing i learned from this night- paparazzi are mean people. they stood on the opposite side of us and would just yell at everybody; security, agents, us, but especially the stars.

worst dressed: the new denali vampire "kate", she is so pretty, but her beehive dress was not!

and that was it! oh, it was so fun!!!

...... ha ha, jk. lets just talk about "the big three" for a sec. (that's what they are called in tent city. and actually one girl even called them "the trinity", come on!) not until we arrived at tent city on thursday did we realize how impossible it is to get to these three. people honestly talked about them like they were.. well, the trinity. there was a part of me that actually felt bad for them. cause really, i know everyone thinks that we are crazy to have done this trip, and don't get me wrong, we are... but we are mere fans compared to some of these CRAZY people. i could hardly handle the blaring screams in my ear. or getting shoved every which way. but on that note.......................................

after the rest of the cast started coming through, we knew they would be arriving any second. and since we were completely crowded by millions of people, we couldn't see who was arriving and when. but when a very large black limo pulled up and all of LA erupted in screams, we knew one of them was there. and i would be completely lying if I said that all of us didn't look at eachother with huge smiles on our faces. and all of a sudden, i saw the hair. and i grabbed one of the twinners wrists and said "its him!!!"

it was rob. 

{and im really sad about it, but the camera (of course) wasn't working that great when he was up close with us, so we didn't get that great of a picture of him. not to mention he was surrounded by 5 security guards. he was so nice and gracious to the fans- laughing, smiling, and joking with us. we loved him!}

and i cant believe im admitting to this, publicly. but when he was right in front of me, i just wanted to touch him. come on people, i was in the moment, and ROB PATTINSON was standing right in front of me. i didn't care for his autograph, cause what was i gonna do with it? and my hopes of getting a picture with him was cut in shambles, but heck- i just wanted to say that i touched rob pattinson. so i reached out to touch his arm and one of the security guards slapped my wrist away!!! ha ha, i was laughing so hard. cause i felt like such a fool. (i might be peeing my  pants as im writing this). but tried one more time, and i got it! i totally touched him.

ha ha, at least i think its cool ;) oh my gosh im such a nerd.

anyways.. the crowd erupts again. its kristen. and surprisingly, people went more wild for her than anyone else! lindsay stuck her arm out and kristen signed it and lindsay said "thank you!" and kristen looked at her, so down-to-earth and said "no problem!" she was by far, the sweetest person of the night. we loved her!

and they took a few pics together.. which are my favorite. love them!

and once again, the crowd goes absolutely wild. it was taylor.

and like the other two, he was so gracious with the fans. not to mention absolutely adorable. he signed mine and lindsays arms as well! (we were in the moment people)

oh man, that was a high. that was why we made the trip- to see those three. and it was totally worth it. one thing that made me love them even more was how great they were with the fans. they were all interviewed before they walked the carpet and they all said "forget us, this is all for the fans! we are so grateful for their support, cause without them, we wouldn't be here". you got that right. and even if they had to have 5 security guards around them to even approach our side of the carpet, they still came. and we gladly welcomed them! ;)

so we thought the night was over. 

then all of a sudden, some security guards came over with a stuffed file folder..... and he was holding tickets. and believe me, we knew what they were for. and we wanted those tickets so bad. and he said "suprise, all the campers are getting in to the premier!!!!!" and we were handed this: 

and we absolutely freaked.

we ran around the corner to get into the theater, and rob was being interviewed by access hollywood (or something like that?). we had a clear view and we stopped and shouted "ROB!" and he looked at us, gave us a little smile, and then continued his interview- awe, we love him.

being in the nokia theater was way cool- we found our seats at the top (of course! but i seriously didn't care..) and then all of the celebrities down below start standing up and cheering and "the big three" walk in. we went nuts! the movie, as i said before, was my favorite of the series. i think i had both my hands on my mouth the whole time. no movie will ever compare to the books, but i felt they finally started following the book on this one. and i think they gave this one time to breathe.. instead of rushing through my favorite parts of the book, like they did in the other movies. and i also thought the actors stepped up their game. and hello- getting to see the movie and look down and see the actors watching it in the same theater??? experience of a lifetime! yes. i dont care if you are a twilight fan or not- that was freakin cool!

i love re-living this trip. i loved (almost) every minute of it. and how can i end this post without giving a tribute to my sisters? anyone that found out we were sisters always said "that is so cool!" or "what a perfect thing to do as sisters" or "i cant imagine spending that much time with my sisters, you guys must really like eachother!" or "FIVE sisters? how fun!". i know that there are alot of people i would have enjoyed this trip with, but none more than with my sisters. i still cant believe we actually pulled it off! i've said this a million times, and i 'll say it a million more- they are my absolute best friends in the entire world. we have so many memories from this trip that we will be laughing at for years to come. love you sissies- more than anything! thank you thank you for the trip of a lifetime. {until next year.. ha ha}
