{wheeler farms & our new pad}

we've had visitors the last couple weeks! jords sister stephanie and her two sweet little girls came. since we were living at the staples when they arrived, rowan has gotten lots of cousin time, and we have been out on the town! one of our stops was at wheeler farms in sandy. it was a darling farm with tons of animals, and you cant beat free.99- seriously you should go! it was a fun (free) activity with the kiddo's to do outside while its still relatively warm.

our new pad

we moved to bountiful a few days ago to a townhouse that we looove. it all happened really fast. we've been living with the in-laws for the last few months, and although they have been so generous and supportive the last couple months.... we needed our own place. we found it on ksl on a sunday night, jord called the guy on monday, looked at it on monday night and we got the "okay" on tuesday! it was really fast, but i was veeeery ready. and not to mention the garage, laundry room, hardwood floors, garbage disposal and dishwasher- i was SOLD. (i havent had a dishwasher or garbage disposal since i moved out of my parents house 7 years ago. trust me, you appreciate those sorts of things when you go without them for so long.)

its a little bigger than our last place, but still small. but we're a small family- so its perfect for us! ive had a few sleepless nights since we got here because my mind goes crazy thinking of the possibilities of how to decorate..... its a sickness.

oh, and the best part? jords commute got cut from 55 minutes {each way} to 22. yay!
