my sweet little girl,
3 months! you are just growin up right before our eyes! there are very few newborn things left in you.. now you are turning into such a baby. we love all the things you are learning to do and the progressions you are making. This last month you went on your first BIG trip! we flew on a plan to arizona to see your aunties and cousins and it was so much fun (reeeaallly hot, but lots of fun). i was worried about flying with a baby, but i shouldn't have worried one bit.. cause you are as perfect as they come. its also gotten warmer outside so we have been swimming, and you are such a little fishy. you love that water.
some new things this month:
-your fingers. my my my, you are such a finger sucker now. there are few times during the day when you dont have those fingers in your mouth. its so funny. (secretly, i want you to be a thumb-sucker.. but you are pretty much sucking every finger except your thumb).
-you love tubbies! the first couple times you had one, we were positive you hated them.. but you love them now. you love that warm water.
-if i havent said this before, you LOVE to stretch. when you wake up from a nap, you need about 20 minutes to stretch it out. it makes everyone laugh.
-you are becoming more and more aware of where i am at all times. i love it about 99% of the time. but nothing is better than going to your crib in the morning and seeing that HUGE smile on your face when you see me. it makes momma feel SO good, little girl!
-you love to be nakey!
-you are smiling and cooing LOTS. my favorite favorite. you even smile for strangers (mostly when they say you are pretty.. then you give them a big one!)
-you are grabbing lots of things now.. but your favorite thing to grab is momma's hair! (youch!)
-if it were possible, you have started sleeping MORE than you already were. now you are taking a long nap during the day. and you are still sleeping 8-10 hours at night. i know, i am beyond spoiled!
-you dont scratch your face anymore.. now you just rub your face with the back of your hand. you are so smart!
have i mentioned how perfect you are rowan? there isnt one thing that you dont do well... you sleep well, you take bottles well, you take a passy, you eat really well and the list goes on and on. i thank Heavenly Father everyday for blessing me with such a sweet sweet little girl. and even if you didn't do one of those things, i still would think you were the most perfect baby. (but all of those things make it that much better ;) you are such an angel and your daddy and i love you more than words can say.
