dear rainboots-
i really really missed you today.
i woke up this morning only to find that it was POORING outside. (not surprising considering where we live----)
i planned my whole outfit around you, and just when i went to my closet to find you..
you were gone.
i missed you when i tried to avoid the puddles, but couldn't.
i missed you when i saw the other smart girls walking around campus in their rain boots.
i missed you when i walked into class and was still dragging water behind me.
i missed you when my jeans were soaked up to my knees.
and i definitely missed you when i took off my other old, crummy, no-good shoes and i had mud all over my feet.
i hope i find you soon-
